Biography

Jo-Nell Sieren is a designer, photographer, educator, and creative career advisor. She currently serves as Assistant Professor of UX/UI in the School of Design at 51³Ô¹Ï and as Director of Agency 51³Ô¹Ï, a student agency. Jo-Nell leads , a multidisciplinary digital publication, and is the former Director of Frank Magazine, which published thirteen issues. Her past roles include Vice President of Education at AIGA Chicago, Assistant Director of Industry Relations at 51³Ô¹Ï’s Career Center, and Career Advisor for students in design, illustration, game, animation, programming, and interaction majors. She holds a BFA in Photography from the School of Visual Arts in New York City and an MA in Interaction Design from 51³Ô¹Ï.

Interactive digital design, interfaces, and collaborative multidisciplinary team-based courses with real-world client interactions.
